Sabrina Valdefiera:
Parkrose High School

Sabrina
Valdefiera is a junior at Parkrose High School. She is always taking a
risk in everything she does. She loves a challenge, and is always up for
new things. Sabrina has been an active member of her schools French Club
for three years now, and is currently the Vice President of the French
Club. She is also involved in her school’s tennis team for two years. In
her free time she likes to play tennis with her friends, and spend time
with her family. Family is a big part of her life. In the summer, her
cousins, her aunt, and including herself would volunteer at the homeless
shelter every Saturday.
After high school, Sabrina is planning on going to Western Oregon
University. She plans on getting a degree and becoming an accountant.
She is currently taking several business classes that’ll help her for
her future. Such classes are Marketing and Finance, Accounting, and
Bronco Spot Ventures which is the school’s student store. One of her big
dreams is to travel around the world and experience different cultures.
Sabrina also has an interest in starting a charity that will help the
poor families in the Philippines.
So far, this is Sabrina’s third year participating in the Asian American
Youth Leadership Conference. She is thrilled that this year she became
an Ambassador, and hopes to become an Ambassador next year.
