Kim Vorasai is a Kindergarten
teacher for Portland Public School. Kim holds a Master in Education from Portland State University.
She has been teaching for the past 11 years, 7 years as an ELL teacher
and the past 4 years as a kindergarten teacher. In 2003, she visited
several countries in Southeast Asia as part of the Fulbright Scholarship
program. In the summer of the following year, she taught English in
China for an ESL international education program.
Kim has been a volunteer with the Asian American Youth Leadership
Conference since 2002 as part of the Planning Committee and currently
serves as the Student Selection Chair. |
