Loan Lee got involved with AAYLC in 2007 as workshop facilitator for the College 101 workshop along with John Wellman for the 15th annual AAYLC 2007 conference. During 2007-2008 Loan plans and coordinates logistical details for the 16th annual AAYLC 2008 conference at Portland Community College Sylvania campus.

She is currently an Academic adviser at PCC Sylvania.
