Sai Saliphod has worked for the City of Portland's Parks and Recreation as the Asian Outreach Services Coordinator for the past 3 years. He completed his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Sociology in 2000 at Oregon State University after graduating from David Douglas High School. This will be his
third year as an AAYLC volunteer.
