The Asian American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) is an annual event featuring day‑long workshops and inspiring speakers designed to help Asian American youth develop social, academic, and leadership skills.
Entirely volunteer‑run—including contributions from high school students—AAYLC has been taking place since 1993. Each year, we welcome more than 400 students from nearly 50 high schools across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Although Asian Americans make up about 6% of Oregon’s population, AANHPI communities receive only 0.34% of institutional philanthropic funding nationwide. By donating to AAYLC, you provide vital support for the conference and help inspire the next generation of leaders.
